Staff are always nice. This is the second time we stayed here. It is also close to the university.

One of our parties in the adjoining rooms got bug bites. He ended up in the hospital and had to have numerous treatments after having severe treatment. He is seeking legal counsel to recoup the costs incurred.

This is not a Hotel , more like a motel for the homeless to stay in. Dirty sheets and bed spread ,faucets in the bathroom not working,stink and moldy smelling carpet, bugs.This property needs to be fazed out?

The room was fine. It was the outside that was poor. Trash everywhere and vagrants hanging outside. No lobby, or breakfast. Not that I would've eaten it if there were.

Great location, run by a sweet indian familyfelt safe. I dont know why this property is rated lowInn is right next to heritage canal trail so perfect stop for a long bike triproom was clean and had everything i had hoped for

The hotel accommodated is very well, it was conveniently priced.next door to a convent store and pizza shop, bar and wine shop.All within a 8 minute walk.Huge room with two queen size beds
